Refunding
If for any reason, we are not able to fulfil our service in the time frame stated, Otipso.com has additional 10 days time to fulfil the order, does Otipso.com fail to proceed, the customer receives a full refund, without any deductions. This does not apply to special offers, the refund for special offers is indicated at the service webpage.
